Phoenix Dance Theatre is a middle scale repertory company and the UK’s longest standing contemporary dance company outside of London. Our support goes to a structured programme of development for eight artists, four choreographers and four composers, who will work together to share practice and develop material together to be presented to an industry audience. The programme will seek to support early career dance makers that are currently under-represented, particularly targeting BAME and female artists.
The project is also supported by Leeds Dance Partnership.
