JCA End of Programme Survey

Dear Fellows,

We would appreciate your honest answers and reflections in this end of the programme evaluation survey. It combines questions we would like to ask in order to assess the programme, its strengths and areas of developments, and the changes it might have brought about. It also includes the questions that the programme funders are keen to ask (clearly marked). There are 10 sections in total with a varying number of questions in each section.

The survey will likely take up to 30 minutes of your time. We would like to ask you to fill it in by 10am, Wednesday 9 August 2023.

The data will be processed by Mirka and Harriet from Jerwood Arts, and then shared in an anonymised and aggregated way with the programme funders Esmée Fairbairn Foundation and Arts Council England; programme partners including Art Fund, people make it work and JCA Hosts; and JCA Fellows. The evaluation will contribute to conversations with sector individuals and organisations working on curatorial development and diversity.

SECTION 1: Participation in Jerwood Curatorial Accelerator

I enjoyed taking part in the programme:
I had a good understanding of the programme structure and what was happening at any stage:
I felt that I could speak freely and share my opinions:
I felt that my feedback was respected:
I felt that if I had a problem, there was someone to talk to who would provide emotional/pastoral support:
I felt I was able to participate fully in the programme:
It is important to us that we can give funders a realistic picture of how it is or is not possible to commit to a developmental programme, and we, too, would like to learn from this as an organisation.
