Alongside her work with Literature Wales, Della is completing a full-time master’s programme in English Literature at Cardiff University, where she specialises in mixed race identity in literary society. Della’s academic research is complemented by her practical engagement with Literature Wales, and she enjoys applying her wider knowledge of diversity in literary culture to her work with the organisation.
