Jen programmes and produces festivals and performing arts projects alongside devising artist and professional development opportunities. Working to ensure that projects have representation at their heart, Jen is interested in new and radical approaches to inclusion, embedding these in practice and sharing them across the sector.
Jen’s Jerwood Bursary will enable a period of supported research to explore radical ways to make real, sustainable change regarding the representation of women. Jen will travel across the UK to meet artists and activists who are exploring new methods and models of working that redress the gender (im)balance.
