Working to signalboost marginalized stories in 2013 Jamie founded the Queer Media Festival and the MobDoc LGBTQ+ mobile filmmaking workshop.
Jamie’s Jerwood Bursary will fund mentoring to develop specific skills and knowledge in the creation of artistic virtual reality stories. Jamie aims to develop ideas in this immersive area of storytelling and learn how to tell diverse queer stories through this digital platform.
