Delicia made her debut as Assistant Designer with Leeds Playhouse on Nine Night. She previously worked with Leeds Playhouse on a wardrobe department placement during her time at Nottingham Trent University before returning as a freelance postgraduate. While on placement, Sorhaindo worked on R&D for So Much. At the time, the wider wardrobe department team was also working on Jitney and Wendy and Peter Pan.
In April 2023, Delicia was appointed as Jerwood Resident Designer, working with Leeds Playhouse and Tutti Frutti for a year in a number of production departments and development opportunities.
